To develop a positive attitude for a positive living we need to shift our focus from the negative to the positive. Some people become habitual of thinking in a negative way about themselves and others. To the extent when they see something positive, they will not appreciate rather they will keep putting their focus on the negatives. We need to remember this will cause more problems for us.
